Dolores L. (Voirol) Fink, 94, widow of Edward Fink since 2011, of East Hartford, passed away on June 15, 2017 at Hartford Hospital. She was born on June 6, 1923, the 3rd of 4 children, and was daughter to the late Francis and Inez (Urbine) Voirol.
Dolores wed her beloved Edward on September 10,1945 and moved from Indiana to East Hartford, CT. She spent the best part of her life raising her 8 children and being a loving grandmother and great grandmother. Dolores was an avid knitter all of her life and enjoyed craft...

Dolores L. (Voirol) Fink, 94, widow of Edward Fink since 2011, of East Hartford, passed away on June 15, 2017 at Hartford Hospital. She was born on June 6, 1923, the 3rd of 4 children, and was daughter to the late Francis and Inez (Urbine) Voirol.
Dolores wed her beloved Edward on September 10,1945 and moved from Indiana to East Hartford, CT. She spent the best part of her life raising her 8 children and being a loving grandmother and great grandmother. Dolores was an avid knitter all of her life and enjoyed craft projects of all types. She was a life long member of Blessed Sacrament Parish in East Hartford, CT.
She will be remembered for the constant love and support she showed her family throughout her life time.
She is survived and will be greatly missed by her eight children and their families: Donald E. Fink of East Hartford, David and Carol Fink of Higganum, Dianne Lane of Manchester, Janice and Randy Glenney of Vernon, Stephen and Sue Fink of West Columbia, SC, Pat Rolfe of Andover, Michael Fink of Fort Wayne, IN and Nancy Fink of Norwich, her eleven grandchildren: Jeremy Fink, Allison Glenney, Dori Harrington, Emily Steffman, Robyn Glenney, Zachary Fink, Jonathan Fink, Joshua Fink, Christina Rolfe, Nate Lane and Benjamin Fink and 4 great grandchildren: Christian and Austin Harrington, Griffin Glenney and Mia Steffman .
She was also predeceased by: her brothers, Louis Voirol and Robert Voirol as well as her sister Vivian Becker.
A time of visitation will be held Tuesday, June 20, 2017 from 9-10am at the Glastonbury Funeral Home, 450 New London Turnpike, Glastonbury, followed by a prayer service at 10AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Silver Lane Cemetery, East Hartford. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The Office of Radio and Television, 37 Peach Orchard Road, Prospect, CT.
